You agree that:
- Information you provide is accurate
- You are authorized to submit information provided to My Home Energy Report
- You will use the service lawfully
Third-Party Dependencies
My Home Energy Report relies on utility providers and third-party data systems. DingoLink cannot guarantee:
- Continuous service availability
- Third-party system uptime
- Accuracy of third-party data
Informational Purpose
Reports, analyses, and recommendations provided through My Home Energy Report are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, engineering, financial, or investment advice.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DingoLink's liability shall not exceed amounts paid to DingoLink during the preceding twelve months or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
California law governs these Terms.
